Built in 1900 and gut renovated in 2015, The Sanders is Circle City BnBs' craft house—a 1,630-square-foot retreat (1,341 sq ft of living space) in the Bates-Hendricks neighborhood. Two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom across two full baths sleep up to six guests in a home that blends industrial character with modern comfort.

Reclaimed barn beams stretch across the ceiling while original hardwood floors tell the story of the home's 120-year history. The kitchen features Carrara marble countertops and a striking glass range hood—a space that inspires cooking even on vacation. Step outside to a fenced yard with a Traeger grill and a bubbling brook that turns the garden into a private oasis.
