Indy 500 Rentals
Race Weekend 2026 — May 22–25
The Race Weekend Home Base
Race weekend in Indianapolis is the biggest weekend of the year. Hotels around the Brickyard book out by the prior summer, and what's left inside the loop either costs three times the rack rate or feels like a rented dorm room. Circle City BnBs offers a different plan: three professionally managed homes in Fountain Square and Bates-Hendricks—roughly eight miles and 15 minutes from Gate 1—where your group can actually spread out, cook a meal, and sleep before a long day at the track.
Each home sleeps up to six guests. Between them, that's housing for eighteen people in matched-quality homes inside 10 minutes of one another. Bring the whole crew, take the fleet, and skip the three-hotel-room coordination problem entirely.
Booking window: Six to twelve months out. All three homes sell out every year. The Sanders fills first.

How far are your rentals from the Brickyard?
All three homes sit roughly eight miles southeast of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Drive time is 15–20 minutes on a normal day. On race morning, expect 45 minutes or more once the crowd floods 16th Street. Leaving 90 minutes before green flag is the safe play.
What is the minimum stay for race weekend?
Race weekend typically carries a three or four-night minimum spanning Friday through Monday. Exact minimums load in real time inside the booking widget—pick your home and the calendar will show what's available.
How early should I book?
Six to twelve months out. Every year, all three homes sell out, and the Sanders always fills first. If you are reading this inside of 60 days from the race, check availability immediately—what's left is what's left.
Do your homes have parking?
Yes. Every home has free off-street parking. The Spruce has an attached two-car garage with a Level 2 Tesla charger. The Olive and the Sanders both have driveway parking plus EV charging. Bring the fleet—there's room.
What's the best way to get to the track on race day?
Rideshare is the cleanest option. Uber and Lyft both run designated race-day drop zones near Gate 2, and you skip the parking scramble entirely. If you drive, leave at least 90 minutes before green flag and be prepared to pay for a yard lot along 16th Street.
Can we host a group of more than six?
Yes. Book two or three homes together and you can house up to eighteen guests within a 10-minute drive of one another. Same professional management, same keyless check-in, same 24/7 support. Message us through the inquiry form if you want help coordinating a multi-home booking.
